The purge motor is used for wiping. Each nozzle can be controlled individually so that a six-color discharge action can be performed by a single printhead. When media is fed from the auto roll feed unit by the specified length, the nulti sensor performs the adjustments and detection shown below, thus completing the roll media pick-up operation. F This method of feeding paper can be used only when an accept media type is selected from the Manual Feed menu in the use mode.
